Best Transition to CCStorage!

Transitioning from a previous software company to CCStorage was a breeze with the ease of the software, support of the staff. My daily use of the software is both informative and supportive for our business. I do not have to hunt and search for the answers I need, my reports are readily available and the software is very customer friendly for our clients. That alone is a huge win to be able to engage clients in their account management.

Pros

Ease of use and flow of features throughout the software. If you have a question, the support section has the video to help you through the process.

Cons

I least like not having the ability to print reports into a PDF document, such as the payment detail list of what the clients have paid on particular dates. Having to export to Excel, format then print can be cumbersome when you are limited on time. At least having the option, of a PDF would be great!

Reasons for switching CCStorage

Yardi did not meet our needs with customer support, the software had multiple internal issues that when brought to their attention would always have to be taken to a higher team level and would never be resolved or I would never have any explanation of the out come. sometimes just hear it will be taken care of in the next update. ANY changes made to client information would not stay with the information ... example . change a phone number, print out a contact report, the old phone number will be there but the screen shows the new one. The client portal was extremely cumbersome and clients could not get into it easily.

Pros

I like the passion and the "can do" attitude of the people at CCStorage. They are willing to listen to what my business needed and helped it all come together.

Cons

I was so new to the storage business, that I really didn't know what I needed. So I hesitated. There have been no cons

I need to keep things simple and functional. The couple of online overviews with Matt were very helpful and he spoke my language, remember, I'm new.
